Reservations. If you book a tasting, we collect your name, contact details, and appointment time through our scheduling system.
Correspondence. When you email us, we keep the conversation so we can actually help you.
Automatic data. Like most websites, our site uses cookies and collects basic analytics — pages visited, device type, and general location — to keep the site working and to understand how it's used.
How we use your information
To fulfill and ship your orders; to send order confirmations and tracking; to respond to your questions; to send our newsletter if you've subscribed; to improve our site and teas; and to prevent fraud and comply with the law. That's the whole list.
